Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy on all our home design products, provided they are returned in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are in place to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Return Label

  Print the generated return shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, removing any old shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at the nearest carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
